It is most likely that FIFA 20 will be released on Friday 27th September 2019 for the PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch. It is likely that an early version will released earlier that week on Wednesday 25th September 2019.
What Editions Will There be?
Based on the previous iteration, it is likely that there will be a total of three editions: Standard, Champions and Ultimate.
It is also likely that the Champions and Ultimate editions will be available to buy from an earlier date (likely to be Wednesday 25th September 2019) for a higher cost with the Standard edition being available on Friday 27th September 2019 for the average game cost.
The premium editions will come with other extras such as packs that you can open over the initial weeks after the game’s release as well as player loans and kits.
How Can You Get it Early?
Early Access is available with FIFA games so it is likely that by buying one of the premium editions that you will be able to get it at least two days early. People in certain countries will probably get it even earlier than this due to time differences.
It’s worth keeping an eye on places on the internet for tips on how to get the game early as some retailers mistakenly sell the game before the release date. Places to check are the Twitter and the FIFA subreddit.
How Can You Pre Order?
It is likely the major retailers will allow you to pre order and they will send the game out to you on or just before the release date for that edition.
It is quite possible the pre-ordering will give you access to other things such as the demo a little earlier than everyone else.
