To perform this:
PS4: L1 (hold) then square or circle then X + the left stick to the top right of where your player is facing.
Xbox One: L1 (hold) then X or B then A + the left stick to the top right of where your player is facing.
This is a great way of confusing your opponent and making your player change direction quickly so that you can then continue running towards goal, pass to a team mate or take a shot. It also works well when combined with other skill moves.
