If you don’t have time to celebrate a goal and want to get straight back into the action, press L1/R1 (PS4) or LB/RB (Xbox One) at the same time and the action will go to your opponent’s kick-off (it will also skip the replay).

As far as I am aware, there isn’t a way to skip an opponent’s celebration but if you keep pressing X (PS4)/A (Xbox) then during the replay the action will eventually go to your kick-off.

Probably the best way to encourage your opponent to not drag out their celebration and replay is to skip your one and hope that they show you the same level of respect!
